On the first floor a wide living room with doors leading to the balcony with stunning views to the golf course. The living room has a fireplace as well as cable TV and wireless internet. A fully equipped kitchen with door leading to a paved patio and a serviced bathroom. There is a roof top terrace with 360 views up the stairs from the living room.

On the ground floor level is the master bedroom with ample wardrobe space and an ensuite bathroom and 2 single bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and a shared bathroom. All bedroom have access to the large terrace and pool. AC installed throughout with dual function (cooling and heating).

Outdoors you have the upmarket golf and spa resort. The pool is in a sun trap and sheltered from any wind. The area is great for outdoor and nature lovers.
